Ochlocknee, Georgia
Ochlocknee (O-klok-nee) is a small town of 718 in Thomas County and is a major producer of cotton and pecans and is host of the Old South Day Festival. it is home to the post Civil War pioneering Thompson farming family; the popular Billy’s Place Restaurant; and an iconic George’s IGA grocery store near the railroad tracks.
